SERFIM ICT also designs and manages travel information systems ; the service includes :

• the installation of travel information displays signaling waiting times for the various methods of public transport (bus, underground, tram, train) ;
• electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance of displays (after-sales, hotline) using computer assisted maintenance management software ;
• obsolescence management.
